Random Determination of Super Powers in Skraypers(TM)

There are a few places in the Skraypers(TM) book about how some powers are more common than others on Seeron. While that occurs in part due to the tables under each RCC, I decided to rewrite the tables in Heroes Unlimited(TM) to continue in a similar genre. I assume that the powers the authors felt were sufficiently important or appropriate to reprint in Skraypers(TM) will be among the most common, while those they choose didn't warrant the space would be less common. After moving around some powers that I personally like or dislike, the following tables were the result.

First, roll on the tables in the Skraypers(TM) book to determine the basic number and type of powers. When it refers to a random major or minor power, roll on the "Common Major Powers" and "Common Minor Powers" tables below.
